1. The nation pays homage to the unifier of Modern India, Iron Man Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on his 147th birth anniversary yesterday. The day is also celebrated as Rashtriya Ekta Diwas.

2. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan inaugurated India's second Rashtriya Adarsh Veda Vidyalaya (RAVV) in Puri. RAVV has been launched to spread knowledge of the Vedas among people.

3.*ASSAM* : CM  Himanta Biswa Sarma appeals to United Liberation Front of Assam to come forward for peace talks. He distributed cheques of Rs. 1.5 lakh each to the surrendered militants comprising six groups.

1.  *GUJARAT* : Two Managers of Maintenance Firm Oreva, 3 Security Guards: The 9 Men Arrested for Morbi Bridge Tragedy

Private group Oreva had been entrusted with repair work of the bridge which was opened to the public after the completion of the renovation work. But the local municipality had not yet issued any fitness certificate (after the renovation work), an official said.

2. The Defence Ministry has informed that the first edition of the India-Mozambique-Tanzania Trilateral Exercise commenced at Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania on 27th October 2022. The Indian Navy has participated in the Maiden Trilateral Exercise with Mozambique and Tanzania. Indian Navy is represented by the guided missile frigate, INS Tarkash, a Chetak Helicopter, and MARCOS.

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited's new Light Combat Helicopter has been developed to provide troops with close air support reports Janes.The multi-purpose Light Combat Helicopter (LCH) developed by India's Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is being inducted into the Indian military after two decades of development.

This happened recently in Zimbabwe, in Africa, and in Venezuela, in South America, when these countries printed more money to try to make their economies grow.

As the printing presses speed up, prices rose faster, until these countries started to suffer from something called “hyperinflation”. That’s when prices rise by an amazing amount in a year.

When Zimbabwe was hit by hyperinflation, in 2008, prices rose as much as 231,000,000% in a single year. Imagine, a sweet which cost one Zimbabwe dollar before the inflation would have cost 231m Zimbabwean dollars a year later.
