 సహనం... నిగ్రహం 

 

బ్రహ్మ దేవుడు "పంచభూతాలను" పిలిచి ఒక్కో వరం

కోరుకోమన్నాడు. 

 

వరం కోసం తొందర పడిన "ఆకాశం" అందరికంటే పైన ఉండాలని కోరింది. ఎవరికీ అందనంత ఎత్తులో నిలిపాడు

బ్రహ్మ. 

 

ఆకాశం మీద కూర్చునే వరాన్ని "సూర్యుడు" కోరడంతో నేటికీ ఆకాశం మీద విహరిస్తున్నాడు. 

 

వారిద్దరి మీద ఆధిపత్యం చేసే వరమడిగిన "జలం"      మేఘాల రూపంలో మారి... ఆకాశం మీద  

పెత్తనం చలాయిస్తూనే.. కొన్నిసార్లు సూర్యుడుని కప్పేస్తుంది. 

 

పై ముగ్గురినీ జయించే శక్తిని "వాయువు" కోరడంతో         పెనుగాలులు వీచినప్పుడు రేగే దుమ్ము ధూళికి 

       మేఘాలు పటాపంచలవడం....

  సూర్యుడు, ఆకాశం కనుమరుగవడం జరుగుతాయి.

 

చివరివరకు సహనంగా వేచి చూసింది భూదేవి. 

         పై నలుగురూ నాకు సేవచేయాలని కోరడంతో

   బ్రహ్మ అనుగ్రహించాడు. 

 

అప్పటినుండి ఆకాశం భూదేవికి గొడుగు పడుతోంది.

         వేడి, వెలుగు ఇస్తున్నాడు సూర్యుడు.

          వర్షం కురిపించి చల్లబరుస్తోంది జలం. 

సమస్త జీవకోటికీ ప్రాణవాయువు అందిస్తున్నాడు వాయువు. 

సహనంతో మెలిగి వరం కోరిన భూదేవికి ..

          మిగతా భూతాలు సేవకులయ్యాయి. 

 

సహనవంతులు అద్భుత ఫలితాలు పొందగలరని    నిరూపించడానికి ఈ కథ చాలు.              

              

సహనానికి ప్రతిరూపం స్త్రీ 

అందుకే భూదేవిని ఓర్పు, సహనాలకు ప్రతిరూపంగా చెప్పారు పెద్దలు.

సహనం అంటే నిగ్రహం పాటించడం. కష్టాల్లో ఉన్నప్పుడు

ఉద్వేగాన్ని దాటవేయడం లేదా వాయిదా వేయడం. 

బాధను అధిగమించడమే సహనం. సహనంగా ఆలోచించే వారికి సమస్యలు దూరమవుతాయి. 

కొన్ని సార్లు ఏదైనా పెద్ద సమస్య ఎదురైతే చావు వైపు నడిచే బదులు సహనంగా ఆలోచిస్తే పరిష్కారం కనిపిస్తుంది. 

సరైన ఆలోచన కలగనప్పుడు అనుభవజ్ఞుల్ని 

          ఆశ్రయిస్తే పరిష్కారం దొరుకుతుంది.

 

మనస్పర్ధలు

 మనస్పర్ధలు

ఇద్దరు స్నేహితుల మధ్య మనస్పర్ధలు వస్తే,

 మాట్లాడుకోవడం మానేస్తే మంచివాడు మాట్లాడలేకపోతున్నానే అని బాధపడుతూ ఉంటాడు.

 కానీ చెడ్డవాడు మాత్రం నీతో మాట్లాడటం మానేసినప్పటినుంచి 

నీ గురించి ఇతరుల దగ్గర మాట్లాడటం మొదలుపెడతాడు.

 అది కూడా నీ గురించి  నెగిటివ్ గా .

కాబట్టి స్నేహం చేసేటప్పుడు ఎదుటివాడి గురించి ఆలోచించి స్నేహం చేయాలి.

 అదేవిధంగా మంచి స్నేహితుడైతే ప్రాణాన్ని పణంగా పెట్టిన కాపాడుకోవాలి .

చెడ్డ స్నేహితుడిని అంతకంటే పది రెట్లు ఎక్కువ జాగ్రత్తగా మనతోనే ఉంచుకోవాలి.

 నచ్చినా నచ్చకున్నా.

 ఎందుకంటే మంచి స్నేహితుడు దూరమైతే బాధే ఉంటుంది.

 కానీ చెడ్డ స్నేహితుడు దూరం అయితే కష్టాన్ని కూడా మిగులుస్తాడు కాబట్టి .

స్నేహభందాన్ని ఈ సృష్టిలో ఏ భందాన్ని ఏ బంధం తో పోల్చలేం.

అన్నదమ్ములు విడిపోవడానికి అస్తిపంపకాలున్నాయి .

 దాంపత్యానికైనా విడాకులు ఉన్నాయి విడిపోవడానికి .

కానీ స్నేహం విడిపోవాలంటే మరణమే శరణ్యం.

కాబట్టి అట్లాంటి పవిత్రమైన స్నేహం లో మనస్పర్ధలు వస్తే,

 మాట్లాడుకోకుండా ఉండాల్సిన తరుణం వస్తే 

ఒకరి గురించి ఒకరు possitive గా మాట్లాడుకోండి.

 కానీ నెగటివ్ గా మాట్లాడుకుని ఉన్న దూరాన్ని శాశ్వతం చేసుకోకండి ప్లీజ్

నేటి బంధాల్లో బలమెంత?

 నేటి బంధాల్లో బలమెంత?

ప్రపంచంలో ఆడదే కరువైనట్టు ఏరి కోరి చేసుకున్నాను ఈవిడ గారిని

ఇది భార్య కాదు ...బ్రహ్మ రాక్షసి.

- ఓ భర్త ఆవేదన.

ఏ జన్మలో ఏ పాపం చేశానో ఈ జన్మలో వీడికి భార్యనయ్యాను.

ఓ ముద్దా...ముచ్చటా..

వీడు మనిషి కాదు వ్యసనాలకు చిరునామా.

వీడికన్నా జంతువులు నయం.

- ఓ భార్య ఆవేదన.

ప్రపంచంలోనే స్నేహం చాలా చాలా గొప్పది.

కానీ నాతో స్నేహం చేసినవారందరూ నన్ను అవసరానికి వాడుకుని అవసరం తీరాక ముఖం చాటేశారు.

స్నేహం అన్న మాట వింటేనే కంపరం పుడుతోంది .

- ఓ స్నేహితుడి ఆవేదన.

మధురమైనది...అమరమైనది ప్రేమ అలాంటి ప్రేమ పేరు చెప్పి నన్ను మోసం చేసి నా జీవితాన్ని సర్వనాశనం చేసి జీవితాంతం నాకు మనోవేదనను మిగిల్చి తన సంతోషం తాను వెతుక్కుని వెళ్ళిపో(యింది)యాడు.

నిజమైన ప్రేమకు ఈ లోకంలో విలువ లేదు.

- ఓ ప్రేమికు(రాలి)డి ఆవేదన.

నిజం చెప్పాలంటే ఒక మనిషి తన జీవిత కాలంలో సగం సమస్యలు తన ఆలోచనలవల్లో,తన ప్రవర్తనలవల్లో ''కొని'' తెచ్చుకొనేవే.

ఈ ప్రపంచంలో ''అవసరం'' కోసం ఎదుటివాడిని మోసం చేసేవారికన్నా...

తమ వారి మీదున్న ''అక్కసు''తో తమను తాము మోసగించుకునే వారే ఎక్కువ.

ఇద్దరు వ్యక్తులు (భార్య/భర్త, ప్రేమికులు,స్నేహితులు) కలిసి జీవనం సాగించాలంటే ముందుగా వారి మధ్య ఉండాల్సింది ''నమ్మకం''.

నేడు ఎంతమంది భార్యాభర్తల్లో/స్నేహితుల్లో/ప్రేమికుల్లో తమ వారిని పూర్తిగా నమ్ముతున్నారు??

మనం చదువుద్వారా సంపాదించిన జ్ఞానం,స్వతహాగా ఉన్న తెలివితేటలు మనకు ఏదైనా సమస్య వస్తే ఆ సమస్యనుండి బైటపడటానికి ఉపయోగపడాలి.

దురదృష్టం ఏమిటంటే మనకున్న జ్ఞానంతో,తెలివితో సమస్య'లను తెంపుకోవడం కన్నా తెచ్చుకోవడమే ఎక్కువైపోతోంది.

ముక్కు,మొహం తెలియని పరాయి వారు పలకరిస్తే పళ్ళికిలించుకుని ముఖంలో చాటంత చిరునవ్వు తెచ్చుకుని మరీ పలకరిస్తాం

వారి తరపునుండి మనకు ఏదైనా కష్టమో,నష్టమో కలిగినా క్షమించేసి

వారి దృష్టిలో చాలా ''మంచివాళ్ళం'' అయిపోవడానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తాం.

అదే

జీవితాంతం కలిసి ఉండాల్సిన వారితో మాత్రం ఒక నియంతలా ప్రవర్తిస్తుంటాం

.''మన''వారి దగ్గరకొచ్చేసరికి ఎక్కడలేని రాక్షసత్వం బైటికొచ్చి విలయతాండవం చేస్తుంటుంది.

అయిపోతుంటారు మనవాళ్ళు.

ఇలా క్షణానికోసారి మనసు మారిపోతుంటే బంధాలకు బీటలు వారవా??

మనం ఒకరితో స్నేహం చేసేది..

మనం ఒకరిని పెళ్ళి చేసుకునేది...

మనం ఒకరిని ప్రేమించేది....

పొద్దస్తమానం వారి తప్పులను ఎత్తిచూపుతూ కించపరచడానికా?

పొద్దస్తమానం వారి పొరపాట్లను వేలెట్టి చూపడానికా?

పొద్దస్తమానం శత్రువుల్లా పోట్లాడుకోవడానికా?

ఎక్కడైతే ... హక్కుల ప్రస్తావన రాకుండా ఉంటుందో

ఎక్కడైతే ... చట్టాల(రూల్స్) ప్రస్తావన లేకుండా ఉంటుందో

ఎక్కడైతే ... అహం తన విశ్వరూపాన్ని ప్రదర్శించకుండా ఉంటుందో

ఎక్కడైతే ... బలహీనతలను చూసీ చూడని అవకాశం ఉంటుందో

ఎక్కడైతే ... పొరపాట్లను మన్నించే మేధస్సు ఉంటుందో

ఎక్కడైతే ... తన మాటే నెగ్గాలన్న పంతం నశించి ఉంటుందో

ఎక్కడైతే ...''అవసరానికి'' కాక ''ఆత్మీయతకు మాత్రమే చోటుంటుందో

ఎక్కడైతే ... చేసిన తప్పుకు క్షమాపణ అడిగే/ మన్నించే వీలుంటుందో

ఎక్కడైతే ... మాట,పట్టింపులకు ప్రధాన్యత ఉండదో

అక్కడ బంధాలు బలంగానే ఉంటాయి.

అక్కడ మనుషులతోపాటు మనసులూ మాట్లాడతాయి.

తప్పే చేయని సత్యహరిశ్ఛంద్రులే కావాలంటే గృహాల్లో దొరకరు వేరే గ్రహాల్లో వెతుక్కోవాల్సిందే.

పొరపాట్లే చేయనివారు కావాలంటే సమాజoలో దొరకరు సమాధుల్లో వెతుక్కోవాల్సిందే!. ఆలోచించండి ... 👍🥰

అయితే ఇలా చేయండి.

మనం ఎవరితో అయినా మాట్లాడుతూ ఉన్నప్పుడు వాళ్లు కంఫర్ట్ గా ఫీల్ అవ్వాలి. అలా ఫీల్ అవ్వాలి అంటే మన మొహం పై చిరునవ్వు, ప్రశాంతతతో పాటు నోటి నుండి ఎటువంటి దుర్వాసన రాకుండా ఉండాలి.

అయితే కొంతమందిలో చక్కటి చిరునవ్వు ప్రశాంతత ఉన్నాకూడా నోట్లో నుండి దుర్వాసన వస్తూ ఉంటుంది. ఇటువంటి వారితో ఎవరైనా మాట్లాడాలి అంటే సంకోచిస్తూ ఉంటారు. అయితే వీరు బ్రష్ చేసుకోరా అంటే.చక్కగా బ్రష్ చేసుకుంటారు.

రెండు పూటలా బ్రష్ చేసినా కూడా వారి నోట్లో నుంచి వాసన అనేది వస్తూ ఉంటుంది. అటువంటి వారికోసం కొన్ని వంటింటి చిట్కాలు. 

నోటిదుర్వాసన తగ్గడానికి చిట్కాలు

• ఏలకుల గింజలను ప్రతిరోజు రోజుకు ఐదారుసార్లు గా నములుతూ ఉంటే నోటిదుర్వాసన తగ్గిపోతుంది. 
• భోజనం చేసిన తర్వాత చిన్న దాల్చినచెక్క ముక్కను నోటిలో వేసుకొని చప్పరిస్తుంటే నోటి దుర్వాసన తగ్గిపోయి దంతాలు పుచ్చిపోకుండా ఉంటాయి.
• భోజనం చేసిన తర్వాత లవంగము చప్పరిస్తుంటే నోటిదుర్వాసన తగ్గిపోతుంది. 
•  ప్రతిరోజూ కొద్దిగా వామును నమిలి తింటుంటే నోటిదుర్వాసన తగ్గిపోతుంది.
